New mattress

At approx 9.30 this morning I rang Browns Furniture looking for a mattress for a single bed. I had seen their advert in a local free magazine. I spoke to Jane, told her what I was looking for and she gave me the information I wanted. I chose the mattress, paid for it over the phone and she told me I could have it delivered today which was great. It is now 11.00am ish and the mattress is on the bed. The guys delivered took it upstairs for us ( none of this oh we're not allowed to do that). It is exactly what I was looking for British Made to boot!!!and I didn't even visit the shop. What great all round service. Maybe we should all support our local traders more. Maureen
