Fantastic service and very attentive staff. We bought a mattress from Browns around 9yrs ago which is still going strong. If only we could say the same for a mattress we bought from John Lewis 18months ago! Whilst JL were polite in dealing us they were not interested in a like for like exchange and would only offer us £170 towards a new one, this would have been fine if similar mattresses weren't priced between £500-£600. Instantly our trust in JL had gone so we disposed of the faulty mattress and headed to Connahs Quay. We were not disappointed. Thanks for making a frustrating time bearable and we can honestly say we've slept very comfortably ever since. X
