Delivery policy

We aim to offer delivery at a time and date that suits you. If you require a telephone call before delivery please let us know. In an exceptional case a delivery delay may be unavoidable, you will be notified of any change by telephone so that rearrangements can be made.

Cancellation policy (for orders placed online)

In a case where the customer wishes to cancel an order it may be cancelled within 7 working days a – full refund will be given. In a case where a product has been ordered especially for a customer (e.g. special size or material) a cancellation fee may apply.

Return policy (for orders placed online)

In a case of a product being damaged or faulty upon receipt we can offer re-delivery of a replacement free of charge. In a case where a product has been ordered especially for a customer (e.g. special size material or colour) or the delivery address is outside of our free delivery area a return may be subject to a restocking charge. The product must be unused and undamaged.

Where a product has been unused, and where the customer has taken reasonable care of the item, you have the right to cancel your order within seven working days of purchase, or seven working days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer) for a full refund. If the goods are not faulty then return delivery costs may be chargeable. Exceptions apply for made to order goods.
